Good to know

A few practical points regarding your stay:

-Number of guests: Given the space in the living room, we consider the house most suitable for a maximum of 4 adults, plus 1 or 2 children/babies.

- Pets: 1 dog is welcome in this holiday home, at a cost of 35 euros (a second dog subject to prior agreement)

- Age and target group: young people under the age of 26 are not permitted. Family holidays only; no work parties or groups allowed.

- Unfortunately, it is not possible to charge an electric car at the house due to the risk of overloading the electricity supply.

-Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen: Bed linen hire is compulsory. Please bring your own bed linen for the baby cot. 
Towel hire is optional, at a cost of 10 euros per set of two towels. Please let us know at least one week before arrival. Kitchen linen is not available for hire; please bring your own.

- Security deposit: the security deposit will be refunded to your bank account or credit card as soon as possible and no later than two weeks after your stay.

This comfortable family holiday home is situated in a peaceful, green setting on the edge of Renesse, close to the dunes and just a five-minute bike ride from the beach. It is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday on the Zeeland coast, whether you are travelling with your family, several generations or your dog.

Comfortable Family Holiday Home with Modern Amenities

De Zeelieuwe was extensively renovated in spring 2023 and offers a modern kitchen, a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove and dining area, and updated bathrooms.

The holiday home has three bedrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a single bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms and a second bathroom.

The kitchen is well equipped with a combination microwave oven, two refrigerators and a dishwasher. Through the sliding doors, you can step straight out onto the terrace and enjoy the garden.

Relax in the Green Garden

The house is surrounded by a spacious, natural dune garden. The terrace features comfortable lounge seating, a picnic table and a hammock – lovely spots to unwind together and enjoy the outdoors.

There is private parking for up to two cars on the property, as well as a small shed where you can store your bicycles.

The garden borders a campsite with an outdoor swimming pool, where live music is occasionally played. We like to mention this in advance so you know what to expect during your stay.

Please note that the gate to the right of the house belongs to the neighbours, who have a right of way to access their property by car.

The beach is just a five-minute cycle away, making it easy to enjoy a morning stroll along the shore, a sunny afternoon by the sea or a long beach walk with your dog.

The lively centre of Renesse, with its restaurants, outdoor cafés and shops, is less than a ten-minute bike ride away. The beautiful dunes, scenic cycling routes and walking trails are also close by.
