A few practical points regarding your stay:
-Number of guests: we consider the house most suitable for a maximum of 2 adults, plus 1 or 2 children/babies. This is due to the small bathroom, which also houses the only toilet in the property.
- Pets: unfortunately, pets are not permitted in this holiday home.
- Age and target group: young people under the age of 25 are not permitted. Family holidays only; no work parties or groups allowed.
-Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen: Bed linen hire is compulsory. Please bring your own bed linen for the baby cot.
Towel hire is optional, at a cost of 10 euros per set of two towels. Please let us know at least one week before arrival. Kitchen linen is not available for hire; please bring your own.
- Security deposit: the security deposit will be refunded to your bank account or credit card as soon as possible and no later than two weeks after your stay.

A Comfortable Family Holiday Home with a Cosy Kitchen-Diner
De Kanoet features a welcoming living room with a small wood-burning stove and a spacious kitchen-diner equipped with all modern conveniences. The dining area is ideal for enjoying meals together after a day exploring the coast.
The holiday home has two bedrooms with a total of four comfortable box-spring beds (90 × 200 cm). There is also a mezzanine sleeping area with two additional sleeping spaces, suitable for children aged around eight and over. Please note that the mezzanine is accessed via a steep, freestanding ladder/staircase.
The compact, simple bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer, providing everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay.

Step straight outside from the living room or kitchen-diner and enjoy the peaceful garden. With two terraces, there is plenty of space to relax outdoors, enjoy a meal in the fresh air or unwind after a day at the beach.
