Good to Know

 A few practical details for your stay:
 - Cleaning fee: €120 and Bed linen: €14 per person, compulsory. Payable in cash to the key holder upon arrival.
Beds will be made up for the number of guests included in your booking. Please bring your own bed linen for the travel cot.
- Number of guests: Maximum 8 people, including no more than 6 adults and 2 children (including babies).
- Pets: Pets are not allowed.
- Age and target group: Guests under the age of 26 are not permitted. The accommodation is intended for family holidays; workers and groups are not permitted.
- Towels and kitchen linen: These are not available to hire. Please bring your own towels and tea towels.
- Security deposit: The deposit will be refunded to your bank account as soon as possible and no later than two weeks after your stay.
- Garden and water: The garden borders directly on the water and is not fenced off. Please take this into account, particularly if you are staying with young children.
 

Holiday home OP7 on Lake Veere

Holiday home OP7 is situated right on the shores of Lake Veere and is a wonderful place for families and couples who love peace and quiet, space, comfort and the water. From the light-filled living room with its large windows, you can enjoy a stunning view across the lake. The modern open-plan kitchen and spacious dining area, together with the cosy sitting area, form the heart of the property.

Layout

Two bedrooms are accessible from the hall: one bedroom with two single beds and a washbasin, and a four-person bedroom with bunk beds, a single IKEA pull-out bed and a washbasin. The hall also features a separate toilet and a separate shower.

At the rear of the living room is the third bedroom, featuring a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, double washbasin and toilet. Behind the bathroom is the utility room, which has another separate toilet and shower. This shower is also accessible from the garden.

Enjoying the outdoors by the water

From the living room, you can step out onto the covered terrace. The spacious garden features two covered terraces and an additional terrace right by the water. Via the private jetty, you can go swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, sailing or take your own boat out onto Lake Veere.

The Oranjeplaat marina is just round the corner; here you can hire a sloop or sailing boat, and there’s a good restaurant. For cyclists, there are beautiful routes along Lake Veere. Veere, Middelburg, Vlissingen, Dishoek and Domburg are all within a 15 to 25-minute drive.

This makes OP7 an ideal base for a relaxing holiday on Lake Veere, right in the heart of Zeeland’s water and outdoor life.
