Modern, luxurious and very comfortable holiday home with sauna and jacuzzi

Please note the following additional house information and extra costs:
- Groups and guests under the age of 25 are not allowed
- Dogs always on request, costs 12,25 per night and 1 x reference fee 35 euro
- Smoking is not allowed.

The detached villas for 6 people are all modern and stylishly furnished and equipped with every comfort. However, the interior design may vary. The photos provide an impression of the different styles. The house number will be assigned on site.
 
The following costs are NOT included in the rental price and must be transferred by bank to the holiday home owner before arrival:

1. Final cleaning: €240
2. Mandatory bed linen rental: €20.50 per person. Please bring your own bed linen for the camping cot.
3. Mandatory towel package rental: €49
4. Tourist tax: €2.80 per person per night
5. Security deposit: €200 (The deposit will be refunded to your bank account as soon as possible, and no later than two weeks after your stay, by the owner.)
6. You may rent the following items or bring your ow
   - Baby cot: €14 eac
   - High chair: €8.50 eac
   - Children’s set (bed and chair): €17.95

You will receive an invoice from us specifying these costs.

Holiday Home Plaisir is an attractive house in a quiet location in a beautiful setting, close to a small bay with a sandy beach on the Oosterschelde. This holiday home offers you every luxury and comfort. The house features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, as well as a sauna and a jacuzzi in the garden. A place where you can enjoy quality time with your family, dine together, play, relax, and completely unwind. 

The beach is nearby. You can simply walk up the dike and be at the water within five minutes. The charming center of Colijnsplaat is less than a ten-minute walk away, where you will find several good restaurants, a bakery, and a supermarket. Larger towns such as Goes, Middelburg, and Zierikzee are easily accessible by car. If you enjoy sailing, you can do so from the marina in Colijnsplaat. If you would like to play golf, this is possible in, among others, Goes and Bruinisse. And if you mainly want to relax, you can simply stay in the lovely garden of your holiday home. The North Sea beach is about a fifteen-minute drive away. 

You enter Holiday Home Plaisir through the hallway, which gives access to the cozy living room with a seating area, a dining area, and an open kitchen equipped with all modern conveniences. Through the French doors, you have access to the garden with terrace, sauna, and jacuzzi. Here, you can smell the salty sea air of the Oosterschelde. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom. There is a charging station for electric cars and a trampoline.

Holiday Home Plaisir is highly suitable as a family home for multiple generations—grandparents, children, and grandchildren. The house can be booked for 6 adults and a maximum of 1 baby.
