4. You must bring your own bed linen and towels, this is not for rent.
5. The deposit will be refunded to your bank account as soon as possible, but in any case within two weeks after your stay. 

Holiday home Walchers cozy cottage is wonderfully situated, quiet,  on the edge of the historic, provincial capital Middelburg. By bike you will reach the center in ten minutes and the beach at Dishoek in twenty minutes. You have your own terrace on the side and you also have access to a piece of garden where you can sit freely in the sun.

 The layout of the cottage is as follows: living room with sitting area (no piano anymore), dining area and small kitchenette. A comfortable bathroom with shower and whirlpool on the ground floor. The staircase in the room takes you to the open floor under the sloping roof where there is a double bed, a large wardrobe and an extra single bed (if you are with two people and both want to use their own bed, but not for a third person ).

The nearest beach is in Dishoek, you can get here in about twenty minutes by bike. Monument city Middelburg has many pleasant terraces, narrow streets, beautiful old buildings and canals. You can also enjoy shopping here. Vlissingen is nearby and has a beautiful boulevard with terraces and also a pleasant shopping area. You can make beautiful cycling trips from Middelburg.

Holiday home Walchers cozy cottage can be occupied with two people and one baby up to a maximum of 12 months. The cottage is located on the same spacious plot where the owner's house is located. You have your own parking space.
