Renting towels is optional, costs 9.50 euros per set of two towels. Please notify us at least 1 week before arrival.

Description
Holiday home 't Landje is located a short distance from the beach, it was newly built in 2015 and equipped with every modern luxury. Everyone feels at home in this house with an attractive interior. Holiday home 't Landje is located in a green, quiet area in a recreational neighbourhood on the outskirts of Renesse and near the extensive dune area. You are at the beach in five minutes by bike. The center of Renesse with cosy terraces, restaurants and shops is less than ten minutes by bike. There is also a supermarket in the immediate vicinity that is open in the summer and you can also buy fresh bread rolls in the morning at a nearby large campsite. You can rent a bicycle in the summer around the corner and in the center for the rest of the year. The monumental city of Zierikzee can be reached in about twenty minutes by car. If you like to play golf, this is possible in Burg Haamstede.
Holiday home 't Landje is placed on a spacious plot surrounded by a wild dune garden. You can completely relax here in a place in the sun or shade. And in the evening, when it gets cooler in the spring and autumn, you can light on a lovely outdoor fireplace.
When you enter holiday home 't Landje, through the front door you will enter a hall. W which gives you access to the living room. Here is a cosy sitting area by the wood stove and a dining area. The modern open kitchen is of course equipped with lots of comfort, there are two refrigerators, a large oven, microwave and a dishwasher. The whole living room is wonderfully light because of the large glass fronts with sliding doors, these doors can be opened completely in summer and give access to the terrace. In the hall is the stairs to the first floor where are three bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and sink. There is a separate toilet in the hall upstairs and in the hallway downstairs.
Holiday home 't Landje is a family house, in a quiet area on a short distance from the beach. We recommend the house for families who may want to enjoy a modern and very comfortable house together with, for example, grandparents.
