Pay attention to extra house information;
1. Unfortunately, groups / young people <25 years are not allowed in this holiday home
2. In this holiday home a maximum of 2 dogs is allowed, costs 35 euros per dog
3. Rent of bed linen is mandatory. Please bring your own bed linen for the baby cot
4. Renting towels is optional, costs 9.50 euros per set of two towels. Please notify us at least 1 week before arrival.
5. The deposit will be refunded to you as soon as possible, but certainly within two weeks.

Description:
Holiday home Zeemeeuw is a spacious and cozy detached house in a quiet location, in a beautiful residential area near the beach and the lighthouse of Haamstede. In five minutes you can cycle to the beach crossing at the Vuurtorenpad. The center of Burgh Haamstede can be reached within fifteen minutes by bike, here are several restaurants, shops and a supermarket. A recreation park with a (indoor) playground, miniature golf and tennis courts is a fifteen minute bike ride away. In twenty minutes you are in the beautiful town of Zierikzee with monumental buildings, cozy shops, restaurants and the marina. Making trips to the provincial capital Middelburg, the picturesque Veere and the various small villages is highly recommended. At Dreischor you can visit a vineyard where the best Zeeland white wine is made.

Through the hall you enter the living room, where there is a cozy sitting area with a fireplace, a wooden dining table and an open kitchen with all conveniences including a dishwasher and a microwave. You can walk into the garden through the patio doors. This is completely fenced, so that children can enjoy playing here. The Zeemeeuw holiday home has a double bedroom on the ground floor with simple an en-suite bathroom. Here is a bath, sink, shower cubicle and a toilet. The staircase in the hall takes you to the floor where there are two more spacious bedrooms, one with three and one with four single beds.
Here is also a second, simple  bathroom with shower cabin, sink and toilet. There is a separate toilet in the hall on the ground floor.
You can park your car next to the house, there is room for three cars.

Because of the layout of the house, with a bedroom and a private bathroom downstairs and bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, the house is very suitable for renting with several families. A lovely family home close to the beach!
